We help startups to achieve product - market fit by doing Agile development in the product to match users requirements.Our aim is to provide a hassle-free and comprehensive technology solution to our clients, enabling them to focus on their core business operations while we take care of the technical aspects.We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) technologies to join our dynamic team. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing end-to-end solutions that integrate RPA capabilities with MERN stack applications to automate business processes and enhance overall efficiency.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.2. Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism to automate repetitive tasks and streamline business processes.3. Develop robust MERN stack applications, including both front-end and back-end components, to support various business functions.4. Integrate RPA functionalities seamlessly into MERN stack applications to provide end-to-end automation solutions.5. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.6. Perform code reviews, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and reliability of the developed solutions.7. Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance.8. Stay updated with the latest RPA and MERN stack technologies, trends, and best practices to continuously improve development processes and solutions.9. Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders as needed.10. Collaborate with other developers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent work experience.2. Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with expertise in both RPA and MERN stack technologies.3. Strong proficiency in RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.4. Proficiency in MERN stack technologies including MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.5. Experience with database design, development, and integration.6. Solid understanding of web development principles and best practices.7. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.8. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.9. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.10. Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Certification in RPA technologies.2. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.3. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
