Job Description Role Overview: As a Java Developer Lead, you will spearhead the design, development, and implementation of robust Java-based applications. You will lead a team of developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and hands-on expertise to ensure high-quality, scalable solutions aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a team of Java developers, fostering collaboration, and driving excellence in software development practices.- Architect, design, and develop scalable, maintainable Java applications, adhering to coding standards and best practices.- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and support to team members, fostering skill development and growth.- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (such as product managers, QA, and DevOps) to ensure seamless integration of software components.- Conduct code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to optimize application performance.- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation within the team. Requirements: - X+ years of hands-on experience in Java development, with a strong command of Java frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, etc.).- Proven leadership experience, guiding and mentoring development teams.- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
