Back-End Developer (Django Framework)

Salary range for the full time - $2900 - 3500Job Type: Contract (No Paid Time Off Included)Fully Remote, Long-Term Position: Initially part-time for the first 1-2 months, then transitioning to full-time

Job Summary:We are seeking a proficient Python (Django) Developer to join our team and contribute to the enhancement of our MedTech project. While our current product is functioning well, we have ambitious plans for further enhancements.

Responsibilities:Collaborate with the team to enhance our product's functionality.Develop new features using Python and Django.Utilize PostgreSQL, AWS, and Docker for database management and deployment tasks.Participate in code reviews and troubleshooting sessions with the team.

Requirements:Minimum 4 years of experience as a Python Developer with expertise in the Django framework.Familiarity with databases, particularly GraphQL.Knowledge of AWS services and Docker.Proficient in English with at least a B2 level (both spoken and written).Strong problem-solving abilities.Effective communication skills for collaborative work.

Nice to Have:Experience with React.js is a plus.Previous involvement in MedTech projects.

Work Commitment:A 1-2 month trial period with 20 hours per week initially (part-time).Upon successful completion, full-time employment with 40 hours per week.Availability to work during CST zone for a minimum of 4 hours daily.
