Flutter Developer - iOS & Android

We are looking for a driven and passionate Flutter Developer who will create multi-platform apps for iOS and Android using Google's Flutter development framework. Working closely with the CEO, and a very high energy engineering team, this role will involve optimizing the current product, and then work towards the expansion of the platform. The successful candidate will be working on the development & deployment of apps to customers in India, North West Europe & US. The role will also involve mentoring & guiding app development interns working on the platform.

This permanent role would be in a remote working environment for the foreseeable future. Experience: 2 - 5 years

Role DescriptionAs a Flutter Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms using the Flutter framework. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and backend developers, to build intuitive and user-friendly apps. Additionally, you will participate in code reviews, troubleshoot and debug issues, and continuously optimize app performance and user experience.

· Must have built at least 2 – 3 Android and/or iOS apps with Flutter. · Experience building and deploying a moderately complex Flutter/Android/IOS app · Must be proficient with Agile development & using tools like Android Studio, VS Code & Azure DevOps. · Must have Native Android & iOS knowledge & willing to work with cross-platform frameworks. · Willing to learn and work on different mobile platforms/frameworks when needed. · Networking and integrating third-party APIs. · Integrated with backend using REST API, GraphQL. Handled Authentication using OpenID, OAuth 2 · Be proficient in using version control and continuous integration, with tools such as Git, Azure DevOps. · Implemented Push notifications, integrated with Camera, Audio, Video and gesture features · Experience in Translating UI/UX designs into code. · Experience in building mobile applications with Firebase. · Advanced debugging/testing/optimization. · Published at least one app on the Play Store using Flutter/ Native (Java/Kotlin/Swift/Object C). · General knowledge of Location Services, Maps, and other common Android/IOS libraries. · Experience with offline storage, threading, low battery usage and performance tuning · Distribute and manage app in Play Store, App Store Roles and Responsibilities

Must be a Team player with good Communication, Analytical, Problem Solving and Decision Making Skills.

QualificationsBTech, BSc IT, BCA, MCA or equivalent Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)Strong proficiency in Flutter and Dart programming languagesKnowledge of mobile app development best practices, including UI/UX design principles, performance optimization, and securityFamiliarity with RESTful APIs and integration of third-party librariesAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsExcellent problem-solving and debugging skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills
