Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Minimum of 3 years of professional experience with Laravel framework.Proficiency in React.js, JavaScript, and other relevant front-end technologies.Solid understanding of API development and integration.Strong knowledge of database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.Experience with version control systems such as Git.Familiarity with agile development methodologies.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong commitment to learning and staying current with technological trends.Responsibilities:Develop and maintain web applications using Laravel for back-end logic.Design, implement, and maintain front-end components using React.js and other modern JavaScript frameworks.Create and maintain APIs for seamless communication between front-end and back-end systems.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.Optimize application performance and scalability through efficient coding practices and system architecture design.Troubleshoot and debug issues reported by users or identified through testing.Ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards through code reviews and testing.Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices, and share knowledge with team members.Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings.Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.Proactively identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within the technology stack.
