PHP Backend Developer

Company: Coral Wise is a company in Coral Holding Ecosystem (IoT, SmartBuilding, Dataplatform) where another companies will set up environments and Coral Wise will take care of the Operations.

Remote work, salary range USD 1,500 - 2,000

Responsibilities:

●Design, develop, and maintain backend APIs using Python and/or PHP.●Collaborate with frontend engineers, designers, and product managers to understand quirements and translate them into efficient and scalable backend solutions.●Work with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) to store, manage, and retrieve data.●Implement security best practices to protect applications from vulnerabilities.●Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.●Participate in code reviews and collaborate effectively with the development team.●Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the backend development landscape.

Requirements:

●Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.●Proficiency in Python and PHP. Experience with RESTful API development and understanding of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).●Fluent in both Mandarin and English to effectively communicate with team members and integrate with front-end technologies.●Entry-level with a strong portfolio or projects demonstrating backend development skills. Internship experience in a related field is a plus.●Knowledge of server, network, and hosting environments. Understanding of security principles and data protection.
