Responsabilities:Champion code quality, reusability, scalability, and security.Collaborate with a team of engineers, architects, product managers, and designers to deliver elegant, resilient, and solid products.Take Ownership of code and remove any ambiguity during implementation by collaborating with your team.Conduct design and code reviews.Enjoy learning new processes, tools, and technologies.Care about who you work with and how work is done. Qualifications:This person must reside in Costa Rica.Advanced English.Bachelor in Computer Engineering, or similar.8+ years as a Software Engineer with a passion for front-end and the user experience.Expert in CSS: Styled Components, Grid, Flexbox, Animations, and Cross-browser compatibility.Strong experience with React and NextJS using TypeScript/JavaScript(ES6/7+).Understanding of state management frameworks and workflows.A proponent of unit, integration, and performance testing.Bonus: Full stack Node.js experience.Bonus: React Native and or mobile experience with iOS and Android.Bonus: Experience with accessibility and ADA compliance.You always deal in an honest, direct, and transparent way.You embrace responsibility and find joy in having the answers.Through blog posts, newsletters, podcasts, video tutorials, and meetups, you regularly self-educate and improve your skill set.You show appreciation and return kindness to those you work with.
