Job Summary:We are seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive technical expertise to enhance application performance, conduct capacity benchmarking, improve availability and reliability, design and evolve cloud/infrastructure architecture, and utilize engineering solutions to tackle operational challenges. They will oversee the production environment, monitoring availability and maintaining a comprehensive view of system health. Responsibilities:Development: Write clean and modular code for Magento-based applications, custom modules, and extensions, ensuring high-quality solutions.Mirakl Integration: Implement and customize Mirakl integration features, including data synchronization, order processing, and seamless communication between Magento and Mirakl.Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including architects, designers, and business stakeholders, to comprehend requirements and deliver effective solutions.Customization: Customize Magento themes and templates to meet specific business requirements, ensuring a consistent and visually appealing user experience.Testing: Conduct thorough testing of developed modules and features to ensure functionality, performance, and security.Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues related to Magento and Mirakl integration, providing support to resolve production issues.Documentation: Prepare technical documentation for code, modules, and integration processes.Analysis: Gather and analyze metrics from operating systems as well as applications to assist in performance tuning and proactive fault finding.Performance: Measure and optimize system performance, striving for continual improvement and anticipating customer needs.Support: Provide primary operational support and engineering for multiple large-scale distributed software applications.Collaboration with Adobe Commerce Cloud: Partner with development teams to enhance services through rigorous testing and release procedures.Service-Level Objectives (SLOs): Balance feature development speed and reliability with well-defined service-level objectives.Incident Management: Conduct post-incident reviews and drive continuous improvement of people, processes, and technology within the organization.

Requirements:Proven experience as a Magento Developer with a focus on e-commerce solutions.Familiarity with Mirakl marketplace integration and experience working with Mirakl APIs.Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/jQuery.Experience with version control systems (Git), build tools, and deployment pipelines.Strong understanding of Magento architecture, best practices, and customization techniques.Knowledge of web standards, performance optimization, and security best practices.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.Problem-solving mindset and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
