Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior IBM Tririga Developer to join our team. This is a fully remote position.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Design and implement custom software solutions for Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS) systems for our customersDevelop and configure IBM TRIRIGA applications and solutions. Identify gaps in existing systems and develop solutions to fill those gapsCollaborate with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and business analysts to understand and document the customer's real property management requirements and develop technical solutions to meet their needsMentor junior developers, providing guidance and support as neededConduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practicesPlan and implement upgrades, cloning, releases (use of update sets), and other related efforts to ensure environments are maintained at proper versions and releasesIdentify requirements, design and implement data interfaces with other existing client systems and databasesStay up to date with IBM TRIRIGA application and platform updates and developments and recommends improvements where appropriatePerform other tasks as assigned
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master's degree in a relevant field is a plus10+ years of experience in Software Development with a minimum of 5 years of experience with IBM TRIRIGA development and customizationExperience in Agile/Scrum development methodologyStrong understanding of IBM TRIRIGA framework and architectureStrong understanding of software engineering principles, including object-oriented design, design patterns, and software testingKnowledge of SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development technologiesExperience with SQL databases and Oracle Databases Management SystemsExperience creating and managing data connections in TRIRIGA to/from other data sourcesAbility to work collaboratively with stakeholders, including business analysts, developers, and end-usersExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersWork with agile development methodologies adhering to best practicesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex issuesDemonstrated leadership skills to lead and work with other experienced developersCompTIA Security+ certified or similar certification that qualifies under DoD 8570.01-M or ability to obtain

Security Clearance Requirements:
US citizenship with the ability to obtain a public trust level clearance.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%. Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer. The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
The projected compensation range for this position is $130,500-$217,500. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, ManTech invests in it’s employees beyond just compensation.
