RSA Archer Developer

Job Responsibilities Actively engage in the hands-on development of integrations, user interfaces, and customized (Java) solutions within the Archer GRC ecosystem. Collaborate closely with Business Unit stakeholders to distill requirements for building new solutions or enhancing existing ones, utilizing a full stack technology set with a preference for diverse experiences including React. Utilize native GRC system APIs and database access to seamlessly integrate and support UI, workflow, and reporting requirements. Take a leadership role in managing operational escalations from incident initiation to closure, including root cause analysis, remediation, and prevention. Coordinate and report incidents to vendors, management, and stakeholders throughout the incident lifecycle. Provide operational trend reporting to management, highlighting issues with vendors, internal processes, and partner teams. Generate operational reports on issues and root causes, and ensure follow-up actions are taken by the development team and/or vendors as required. Enhance operational stability through automation, implementing auto-healing where possible, and proposing design changes to Data analysts, SMEs, and architects, along with opportunities for application/service managers. Maintain up-to-date and continuously improve runbooks, ensuring efficiency gains from automation are consistently realized. Demonstrate hands-on experience with Windows scripting, low-code automation, and in-depth debugging and analysis of issues. Exhibit proficiency in Control-M, contributing to efficient workflow management. Utilize hands-on experience with CICD toolsets, including Bamboo, Jenkins, uDeploy, ADO, and Confluence, to streamline development and deployment processes. Skills Required Possess a degree in Computer Science from a College or University. Have over 5 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development. Demonstrate a minimum of 4 years of proficiency with Archer 6.12 or above, ServiceNow, and Fusion. Showcase 4+ years of expertise in on-demand application development within Archer, ServiceNow, and Fusion. Exhibit 4+ years of experience in setting up data feeds in Archer, ServiceNow, and Fusion. Demonstrate 4+ years of hands-on experience in Archer, Fusion, and ServiceNow, utilizing calculated fields and data-driven events. Possess a minimum of 4 years of practical experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) concepts. Showcase expertise in programming languages or frameworks such as HTML5, ActionScript, JavaScript, React, or Active Server Pages (ASP). Have experience with making RESTful API calls. Demonstrate proficiency in Archer, including the creation of fields, reports, iViews, and dashboards to configure access control and manage record permissions, events, and notifications. Exhibit practical experience with Archer, ServiceNow, and Fusion solutions.
