Job Description:As a Business Developer, your primary mission will be to sell our core insurance platform to large companies. You will be instrumental in driving the growth of our client base, focusing on identifying and engaging with potential clients who would benefit from our advanced software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective sales strategies targeted at large companies.Identify and target potential clients in need of a modern core insurance platform.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.Understand customer needs and requirements to effectively communicate how our solutions meet those needs.Prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations of our software to potential clients.Negotiate contract terms and close sales.Work collaboratively with the product development team to understand product specifics and updates.Provide feedback from clients to enhance product development and service delivery.Achieve and exceed annual and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field.We require candidates to be fluent in two of the following languages: Spanish, English, French, or Arabic. It is mandatory for one of these languages to be either Spanish or English. Proven sales experience, ideally in software or technology solutions aimed at large corporations.Strong understanding of mission-critical software applications and the ability to communicate their value.Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.Ability to build rapport with high-level executives and decision-makers.Proactive, independent, and driven to succeed.
