Java Backend/ Integration Developer

The Backend/Integration Developer will be responsible for the following:

Completing web development tasks to assigned deadlines.Communicating and updating the Line Manager with progress.Performing towards predetermined KPIs and OKRs.Hitting deadlines for all projects.

The Backend/Integration Developer will report directly to the Line Manager and will possess the following attributes:

Minimum 03 years of experience in professional Backend development with Java.Strong proficiency in Spring and SpringBoot frameworks.Good experience working with RDBMS and SQL for data storage.Strong understanding of Maven concepts and principles.Experience working with Microsoft Azure cloud services (mention specific services relevant to the role).Familiarity with Apache Kafka architecture and functionalities.Familiarity with Microsoft Azure cloud systems, including App services and/or Azure functions.Utilize Azure DevOps for continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.Dockerize applications for containerization and deployment in Kubernetes environments.Experience with Apigee (or a willingness to learn) is a plus.Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.Practice Agile software development and be a great team player.Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines.Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.Good communication in English.
