GlobalScape Developer

Job Description:We are seeking a skilled GlobalScape Developer Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the administration, configuration, customization, and maintenance of our GlobalScape solutions. You will work closely with the IT team and various stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of our file transfer infrastructure and provide technical support as needed.Responsibilities:Administer and maintain GlobalScape EFT (Enhanced File Transfer) solutions.Configure and customize GlobalScape workflows, scripts, and interfaces according to business requirements.Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure optimal operation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate GlobalScape solutions with existing systems and applications.Develop and maintain documentation, including system configurations, processes, and procedures.Provide technical support and training to end-users and internal teams.Stay up-to-date with GlobalScape product updates, patches, and best practices.Assist in evaluating new technologies and tools to improve file transfer capabilities and security.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Proven experience as a GlobalScape Administrator or similar role.In-depth knowledge of GlobalScape EFT platform and its components.Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, VBScript, or JavaScript.Strong understanding of networking protocols and security principles.Experience with LDAP/Active Directory integration and SSL certificate management.Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
