We are seeking a skilled developer to work within a dynamic, customized ServiceNow CSM/ITSM instance servicing numerous clients for our Managed Services solution. The platform has hundreds of internal users and thousands of client end users.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience developing solutions to complex problems on the ServiceNow platform and expert level programming skills, along with an understanding of CSM, ITSM, configuration and asset management principles and extensive experience integrating ServiceNow with various other technologies.
What You’ll be Doing:
Develop and troubleshoot on the ServiceNow platform (CSM, ITSM)Lead development efforts for ServiceNow system integrations.Build and maintain configuration management database within ServiceNow.Attend daily team meetings and scrum calls.Responsible for completing assigned development tasks on time.Provide expertise on technical questions related to ServiceNow.Provide Subject Matter Expert level understanding of ServiceNow.
What You Bring to the Role :
Ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a proven track record in ITM and CSM processes and technologies.Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with an expanding, diverse customer base.Experience developing and troubleshooting on the ServiceNow platform.Advanced experience with ServiceNow implementations.Experience working in a domain separated environment.Advanced System integration experience using web services and other web based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP.Experience developing workflows via Flow Designer and Integration Hub.Experience integrating ServiceNow and ScienceLogic EM7.Strong experience in LDAP, SSO, OKTA, and multifactor authentication methods.Strong communication and writing/documentation skills.Experience with development and implementation of ServiceNow modules, including Customer Service Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, ITOM and Asset Management.Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs - all scripted aspects of the ServiceNow systemExperience in one (or more) scripting languages: JavaScript, Python, Perl, Unix Shell, Windows Shell)Experience with ServiceNow client and server-side JavaScript and the ServiceNow APIsScripted Web-Services, AJAX, Business Rules, JavaScript, SOAP, REST SSO-SAML Setup and Integration of ServiceNow to Other ApplicationsCustomizing ServiceNow using UI Pages, UI Macro & CMS using CSS, HTML, Jelly.Experience presenting and conducting demos.
