Software Developer Responsibilities:We are looking for someone to develop long lasting relationships with our client based and really get to grips with their requirements and how we can meet these.The software that you develop must be completed according to our standards and guidelinesWe are looking for a developer that can identify new technologies and methods to fix problemsYou will be required to turn requirements and technical specifications into estimations ad change requests whilst adhering to service level agreementsKeep up to date with upcoming technology and frameworks that are relevant to the role.Where necessary you will provide coaching and mentoring to more junior members of the team and get involved with code reviewsSupport and maintain existing software as well as getting involved with greenfield projects

Software Developer Requirements:In depth experience developing WinForms applications using C# and VB.NetAbility to debug large and complex projectsGood working knowledge of SQL and Microsoft SQL ServerCommercial experience with OOP and related design patternsUnit testing experience
