Trash Gxng is a social mobility organisation that exists to break social isolation barriers for underrepresented people. Their mission is to be the creative outlet for their generation to give hope and positive expression for the true barriers faced by adults - leading to informed decision-making. They transform the lives of 16-25-year-olds, especially those in lower socio-economic groups who are long-term unemployed and may be challenged with declining mental health.

As a social mobility organisation Trash Gxng provides the core soft-skills training in London to equip at-risk people to transition into work. The groups they support are 16-25 year olds who are furthest away from the job market as disparate and diverse groups of marginalised communities (most often NEET people). They provide a flagship 6-week creative programme that challenges people with a creative live brief, that equips them with the skills required to transition into paid work.

They are looking for a VOLUNTEER Website Developer/Designer to update and enhance their website using HTML elements and basic coding to ensure that they can clearly articulate their social impact on the website and make use of the brand guidelines and support the creation of web pages that align with their branding/ vision.Volunteer 2-3 hours per week remotely 💻️If you want to make change happen, apply to volunteer with Trash Gxng!
