Senior SQL/Coric Developer

Project Description:Our Customer is one of the world's largest investment management companies. Based in Southern California, our client manages close to $2 trillion in assets and is looking for a new partner to participate in a full scale upgrade of their technology. We are looking for talented and ambitious people to work on crosslocation engagement spread accross Los Angeles, California, Switzerland, Genewa and Krakow. The team will be responsible for developing and maintaining reporting tool based on SimCorp's Coric solution. Since it is rare and unique knowledge, the position will give opportunity to participate in proper trainings and gather required domain understanding.

Responsibilities:• Design and Develop Coric reports and dashboards• Provide operational support for existing reports/dashboards• Participate in analysis, design, development, testing, deployment and support of dashboards and reports• Perform data integration into the tool, maintanance and support• Perform impact analysis and validation of existing production reports and universes after application and database upgrade• Implement industry BI standards and best practices• Proactively identify problems/issues/risks and provide solutions

Mandatory Skills Description:o Knowledge of Coric reporting tool (dashboard creation and data sources API)o Knowledge of Microsoft SQL services and technologies (SSIS, SQL Server 2017+).o Experience with MS Visual Studio & Data Tools.o Experience in SQL; Strong T-SQL scripting knowledge, able to create complex SQL queries and stored procedures.o Demonstrated knowledge of Data Warehouse concepts (data normalization, star schema, slowly changing dimensions etc., ).o Experience with GIT repositories, preferably Bitbucket.o Experience in creating highly interactive data visualization dashboards.o Strong client focus/customer service skills.o Prior experience with Agile/Scrum framework and tools like Jira, Confluence etc.

Nice-to-Have Skills:o Experience in VBA and MS Office-like macro programmingo Experience with C# programmingo Interest in the Financial markets and knowledge of the Investment industry.
