Job Summary

Oceans Code Experts seeks talented individuals for the role of Python Developer. They will work on multiple projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and prioritize transparency in task management and time tracking to ensure clients are well-informed about project progress. Job ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deploy backend solutions independently or in collaboration with a small development team.Rapidly prototype solutions and create Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) for client demonstration in an agile manner.Write efficient, reusable, and reliable Python code to fulfill project requirements.Participate in code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices.Collaborate closely with stakeholders to grasp project goals and translate them into technical requirements.Troubleshoot and debug issues to maintain application stability and performance.

Job RequirementsGreat English proficiency (B2+ Written and spoken)5+ years of experience in Software DevelopmentImpeccable punctuality (schedules are flexible but being in time for meetings is crucialThe role requires an individual who can influence and communicate effectively with team members and business partners at a Lead Engineer level.Proficiency in Front-End technologies such as Vue.js, React, or Angular.Knowledge of Python (Django), SQL (Postgres), AWS services (S3, Fargate, ElastiCache, RDS), Terraform, Athena, Step Functions, and Elasticsearch.Understanding of AWS, CloudFront, and load balancers.Experience building enterprise software with complex business rules and data models.Proficiency in designing and developing microservices or other distributed systems.Experience with scaling to handle large data sets.Effective communication and influence skills at a senior engineer level.Proficiency in Agile software development methodology.Ability to effectively communicate and influence team members and business partners at a senior engineer level.Proficiency in Agile software development methodology, processes, and practices.
