LOCATION AND WORK:This position is hybrid in the Independence, Ohio Location. The ability to travel and work on-site at client locations, in our offices is required.
About The Position And Our TeamThis position is located at our Independence, OH office and reports directly to a Manager of our Professional Services team. The Senior Business Intelligence Developer position is responsible for supporting and enhancing solutions we have implemented for customers.
ResponsibilitiesFacilitate sessions to gather client project requirementsDesign creative deliverables according to client requestsHit project deadlines to ensure projects stay on time and on budgetLead development teams through the implementation and testing of our Business Intelligence SolutionsDeep understanding of Supply Chain business processes. Knowledge of other business process areas a plus: Finance, Sales, AR, AP, ManufacturingStay current with skills in data warehousing concepts, database development, and the related Microsoft Business Intelligence technologiesDesigning and implementing dashboards, web-based reports, excel pivot tables for advanced business analyticsJob responsibilities and any other duties needed to help drive our vision, fulfill our mission, and support our organization’s values
Qualifications And Skills RequiredBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a relevant degree3+ years of Business Intelligence / Data Warehouse implementation experience, including leading development teamsMicrosoft Business Intelligence experience including, SQL Server, PowerBI, Azure Data Factory, Analysis Services, Synapse AnalyticsAbility to convey information to non-technical clients in a clear and concise mannerA logical approach to problem-solvingYou must fit our company's Core Values
