Senior Backend Developer (Typescript/Golang)

Gorilla Logic is looking for a skilled Software Engineer specializing in backend API development with expertise in TypeScript and Golang. The ideal candidate will be proficient in implementing and maintaining scalable APIs to support our platform's requirements. This role requires a strong understanding of software engineering principles, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to deliver high-quality code within project timelines.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain backend APIs using TypeScript and Golang to meet project requirements.Ensure API performance, scalability, and reliability are sufficient through effective coding practices and architectural decisions.Conduct code reviews, and provide constructive feedback.

Technical Requirements

3+ years of experience in backend API development using TypeScript and/or Golang, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects.Familiarity with AWS services (e.g., Lambda, API Gateway, EC2, DynamoDB) and experience deploying applications in the cloud.Solid understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and data structures.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members of varying technical backgrounds.Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git).
