We are eagerly pursuing a Senior Java Developer to join our remote team. The ideal candidate must have AWS expertise and a solid grasp of Data Structures and Algorithms.

As a member of our team, your role as a Product Engineer will involve the design and creation of software solutions that exhibit scalability and are easy to maintain. Expectations for this position include proficiency in multiple tech areas such as Java, Kotlin, Scala, or Go Language, alongside familiarity with Spring and Java Microservice Infrastructure. The role demands teamwork with a group of developers, testers, and other contributors to facilitate product delivery that is both timely and successful.

Responsibilities

Understanding project needs through cross-functional team collaboration and devising solutionsDeveloping and implementing software solutions that are scalable and maintainableEmploying clean coding principles for code generation and maintenanceConducting code reviews to maintain coding standard complianceEstablishing and maintaining automated tests for quality deliverable assuranceTaking an active role in Agile/Scrum development processes and ceremoniesEnsuring the timely delivery of quality codeDocumenting code and system architectureEngaging actively in system design and architecture discussionsProviding technical support and mentorship to junior developers

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related fieldA minimum of 4 years' experience in software development with a focus on JavaExperience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)Knowledge of Data Structures and AlgorithmsPrior exposure to Kotlin, Scala, or Go LanguageProficiency in SQL and NoSQL tools, APIs and IntegrationFamiliarity with CI/CD processes and toolsSound knowledge of Spring and Java Microservice InfrastructureStrong sense of responsibility and proactive approach to problem-solvingEnglish proficiency at the upper-intermediate level or higher, with strong verbal and written communication skills
