.NET Lead Developer:

He/She will play a crucial role in overseeing the development and maintenance of a legacyapplication. Responsibilities will include troubleshooting any issues that arise, leveraging yourstrong expertise in C# and SQL, and navigating both on-premises and Azure environments. Asa key member of our team, will have the opportunity to apply your knowledge to real-worldchallenges within the legacy platform, enhancing your problem-solving skills and solidifying yourunderstanding. Additionally, once proficient in troubleshooting, will lead the implementation ofenhancements within the legacy codebase.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development and maintenance of a legacy application, ensuring its stability andfunctionality.- Troubleshoot issues within the application, utilizing strong skills in C# and SQL to identify andresolve problems efficiently.- Navigate both on-premises and Azure environments to manage and optimize the application'sperformance.- Lead the team in implementing enhancements within the legacy codebase, driving continuousimprovement and innovation.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align development efforts with business goals andrequirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.- Proven experience as a .NET lead, with a focus on C# and SQL.- Experience working with legacy applications and navigating complex environments.- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.- Familiarity with both on-premises and cloud-based environments, particularly Azure.- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively withcross-functional teams.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
