Role Overview  We are seeking a talented and motivated Developer to join our fast-growing team at Modex. As a Developer, you will play a key role in building and maintaining scalable, secure, and decentralized applications leveraging Web3 technologies. You will work closely with our frontend developers, designers, and blockchain engineers to deliver innovative solutions to our users. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy backend services and APIs for Web3 applications using Node.js and related frameworks. Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate backend services with user interfaces built using React.js. Implement smart contracts and interact with blockchain networks (e.g., Ethereum, Polygon) to enable blockchain functionality in our applications. Architect and implement data storage solutions, ensuring data integrity, scalability, and performance. Optimize application performance and scalability by leveraging cloud-based infrastructure (GCP) and containerization (Docker). Implement security best practices and protocols to safeguard sensitive user data and ensure compliance with privacy regulations. Work closely with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, plan sprints, and deliver features on schedule.

Qualifications: Strong proficiency in Node.js and related frameworks (e.g., Express.js). Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. Solid understanding of blockchain technologies and experience working with Web3 protocols (e.g., Ethereum, IPFS). Experience with frontend development using React.js is a plus. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment. Experience with Agile methodologies What do we offer Competitive compensation Base Pay range
