Senior Node.js developer

As a Senior Node.js Developer, you will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and deploying complex backend applications. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and performant backend applications using Node.jsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new featuresWrite clean and efficient code, adhering to best practices and coding standardsTroubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely mannerOptimize the performance of existing applications and identify areas for improvementConduct code reviews and mentor junior developersStay updated with industry developments and trends related to Node.js and recommend new technologies or approaches as neededContribute to the development of an agile and collaborative working culture within the team.Ensure the security and integrity of applications by implementing proper security measures.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related fieldMinimum of 8 years of experience in the IT industry, with a strong focus on Node.js developmentProven experience in designing and coding complex backend applications using Node.jsStrong knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries such as Express, Koa, or HapiExperience with database design and ORM frameworks (e.g. Sequelize)In-depth understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScriptHands-on experience with version control systems (e.g. Git)Excellent problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentExperience with Agile development methodologiesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsA continuous learner with a passion for technology
