We're partnered with a tech for good/non-profit organisation combating climate change to save wildlife and our seas. They are on the lookout for a senior or lead Ruby on Rails Developer with a background in geospatial data / web mapping / GIS to come in and lead a small team of engineers and make architectural decisions.

You will be working on a product that is built to measure geospatial data, biodiversity and the conservation of nature.

Requirements:

Ruby on Rails Developer

4+ years of experience in Ruby on Rails.Experienced in web mapping - PostGIS, CartoDB, ArcGIS, Leaflet or Mapbox.Keen on working with best coding practices, TDD.Will consider experience from a Python background. You must have a willingness to learn and develop your coding skills in Ruby on Rails.
