ROLE: KINAXIS SR. DEVELOPERLocation: Remote in Mexico (Preferably in Monterrey, Mexico) Key Job Responsibilities:· Perform hands on Design and Development of Library workbooks, Customize Control Tables for use.· Breakdown and understand existing S&OP solution of the client, derive an understanding, and lead the team in Hypercare and enhancement activities.· Providing subject matter expertise (SME) and providing solutions to clients compatible with existing design.· Researching and recommending solutions to given Kinaxis requirements and providing subject matter expertise (SME), supporting team through problem definition, issue identification and work plan development using problem solving principles and past experience.· Drive discussions with clients using compelling summarizations and visualizations. Prerequisite:· Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in SCM consulting among the following areas: IBP / S&OP, Demand, Inventory, Supply Network, Production Scheduling, SC control Tower.· Ideally a solution expert in one of the leading supply chain planning tools (e.g. Kinaxis, O9, Blue Yonder or SAP IBP) for the functional areas listed above. Kinaxis preferred.· Comprehensive understanding of S&OP, Optimization, scheduling processes with a complete End to end understanding of Supply Chain planning and related processes.· Experience in implementing Kinaxis RR modules like Supply Planning, Forecasting and Demand Planning, ATP, Aggregate Supply Planning, Capacity Planning, Attirbute Based Planning, Sales & Operations Planning.· Thorough knowledge of statistical forecasting, inventory management, MRP, scheduling, BOM substitution, Campaign planning, MEIO etc.· Hands on experience in developing and configuring different seeded resources in Kinaxis like worksheets, Alerts, Metrics, scorecards, etc. in above modules.· Hands on experience of integrating Kinaxis with host ERP systems through Data Warehouses and/or ETL for both Inbound and downstream integration for visualization tools.· Excellent presentation and communication skills.
