Senior PeopleSoft Technical Developer / Analyst (HCM)

MacawLabs is seeking three (3) Senior PeopleSoft Technical Developer / Analysts specializing in Human Capital Management (HCM). This is an exceptional opportunity for self-starters with a strong background in PeopleSoft HCM modules (HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, Benefits, etc.) to drive innovation and excellence in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:Develop, test, and revise complex ERP programs to meet technical specifications using PeopleSoft and PeopleTools.Craft technical specifications and design documentation from business requirements.Engage in data mapping, conversion testing, and the creation of end-user documentation.Provide user support and develop reports using PeopleSoft and Oracle reporting tools.Assess and implement PeopleSoft updates effectively.Maintain and develop relationships with a diverse group of business stakeholders.

Requirements:Over seven years of PeopleSoft HCM module technical development experience, with a preference for versions 8.x/9.x (9.2).At least ten years of experience in analysis, design, and development using PeopleSoft Tools (People Tools, Application Designer, App Engine, SQR, PS Query, PeopleCode).Knowledge of modifying/creating objects with PeopleSoft PeopleTools Application Designer (v8.0/v9.0 or above).More than one year of industry experience in an educational institution is preferred.Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.Expertise in PeopleTools 8.55.12+, SQL, AppEngine, Integration Broker, and related software.Familiarity with software development lifecycle, ITIL methodologies, and Service Now ticketing system.

Key Tools and Experience:PeopleSoft HCM Modules (HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, Benefits, etc.): Over 7 years of experience in technical development.PeopleSoft Tools (People Tools, Application Designer, App Engine, SQR, PS Query, PeopleCode): 10+ years of extensive experience.PeopleSoft PeopleTools Application Designer: Knowledgeable in modifying/creating objects with versions 8.0/9.0 or above.PeopleTools 8.55.12+, SQL, AppEngine, Integration Broker: Expert level.Software Development Lifecycle and ITIL Methodologies: Extensive experience required.Service Now (Ticketing System): Experience required.
