What we're looking for:- A seasoned professional with 10+ years of industry experience- At least 8 years of experience in PHP, Laravel, Vue.js, PostgreSQL- Proficient in Agile methodologies, GIT, CI/CD, and 3rd Party API integrations- Experience with AWS for 3 years at least

What you'll do:- Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to design scalable and maintainable software architecture, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry standards.- Identify performance bottlenecks in the application and database layers, and implement optimizations to improve overall system performance and scalability.- Ensure adherence to security best practices and compliance requirements, implementing measures to protect sensitive data and prevent security vulnerabilities.- Proactively identify and address technical challenges, proposing innovative solutions, and driving continuous improvement initiatives within the development team.- Conduct thorough code reviews & unit testing in a range of applications to maintain high code quality.- Assist other developers in day-to-day programming, troubleshooting, and brainstorming programming approaches.- Manage project GIT repositories including production deployments to ensure smooth version control and deployment processes.- Participate in product development from ideation to deployment and beyond, providing design input in the early phase of new features.- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation including architecture diagrams, API specifications, and coding standards to facilitate knowledge sharing and onboarding of new team members.- Proactively report opportunities to troubleshoot applications aiming to reduce cycle times and exceed expectations.- Analyze problems and provide solutions while challenging existing methodologies for better outcomes.- Support Project Owners and Project Managers with day-to-day activities, including priority management, solution architecture, clearing impediments, and status reporting.- Attend weekly stand-up meetings to provide updates and collaborate with the team on project progress.
