Fullstack .NET Developer – Senior Level

Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Senior Level Fullstack .NET Developer. You will lead a small group of developers to bring one of our internal applications to market, and then enhance current system functionality across our suite of applications. You will report to our Chief Technology Officer and attend Teams meetings as required.

Job ResponsibilitiesBackend development in C#, .NET, ASP.NETFrontend development in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQueryAble to lead a small team of developersWork with the software development team to ensure delivery of high quality software within defined timelines and budgetAddress software defects reported by users and provide excellent customer serviceParticipate in code review processesFunctional testing on development and staging environmentsExcellent organisational ability including the use of effective time managementSolid problem-solving, fault finding and debugging skills

QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Software Engineering/Computer Science or similar field (advantageous)Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in a similar roleExperience in full-stack web developmentExperience in migrating code from .NET framework to .NET coreExperience with Docker, Kubernetes and LinuxExperience with SQL ServerExperience with RabbitMQ and Elasticsearch is advantageousExperience with Azure, AWS is advantageousFamiliarity with Visual Studio and VSCodeFamiliarity with Agile and DevOpsExperience in the personal injury compensation industry or insurance (advantageous)Experience with Python, Django and PostgreSQL to assist with our other applications would be advantageous
