This is a hybrid position at The Foundry, BGC, Taguig City ( at least 2 times per month onsite)

Your code development and instructional design expertise will help us educate our developers and technical professionals to harness the full potential of our API products. You must be comfortable researching technical topics, collaborating with SMEs, and designing and writing course material. You will develop a curriculum that translates technical topics into concise and simple modules for various audiences. You will ensure that content is technically correct and aligns with our product roadmap.

You will be a key member of the curriculum development team responsible for delivering courses for our API products that are focused on the Revenue Lifecycle. You will learn the Revenue Lifecycle and the business process it solves, such as configuring carts, pricing, quoting, and other document generation. You will also learn about our various customers and common industry use cases to build a curriculum.

You will use your skills to develop any content that is programmatic in nature. If functionality requires scripting, querying, or coding, you will help develop that curriculum along with SMEs.

What does a day in the life of a Curriculum Developer look like?Create and update curriculum materials, including tutorials, guides, and documentation examples to teach our API products. You will include development concepts and best practices.Align curriculum content with the latest industry standards for API training.Develop curriculum for more technical parts of our platform curriculum.Develop hands-on exercises and projects that allow learners to apply APIs to real-world scenarios.Apply instructional design principles to create engaging and effective learning experiences.Use a variety of instructional methods and delivery formats to accommodate diverse learning styles.Work closely with subject matter experts, technical teams, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure the accuracy of curriculum materials.Collaborate with multimedia specialists and instructional designers to enhance the learning experience.Develop assessments and quizzes to evaluate learners' comprehension.Gather feedback from learners and instructors to continuously improve curriculum content.Provides best practices to learners on IDE based development.Leads the way for adoption of new products/technology across varying platforms.Assist in course reviews, certification exam input, grading certification projects, updating and testing training environments.Lead and participate in community conversations to optimize training materials, instructor technical knowledge and raise issues for discussion with the product, training, and community team to develop and improve course content and event sessions.Proactively remain current with product knowledge, release impacts, and course contentCapture any lead opportunities and work cross-functionally with the Sales TeamsEstablish and maintain stakeholder relationships across key departments including Product, Consulting, Support, Customer Success, and cross-functionally within the Learning Services team.

What are the required qualifications of a Curriculum Developer?At least 3 years of experience with curriculum development for technical software or 5 years of API development using C#.A technical degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering or 6 years of relevant work experience in a technical industry is required.Experience in developing training topics related to APIs, REST, Postman, Swagger XML, Mulesoft, etc.Experience developing training materials at a software company.Ability to pass a small project that demonstrates your development skills.Strong communication and presentation skills using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Articulate, Snag-It and Camtasia. Proficiency in creating technical documentation.Understanding training delivery of effective, interactive, engaging, web-based training (zoom, go-to-training, web based training)Exceptional training delivery, presentation, and facilitationCapable of working successfully to deadline in independent and team-based settings

Nice-to-have Qualifications:Cloud-based/SaaS solution support experienceSalesforce Administrative experience (201 Certification a plus)Salesforce Developer experience (401 Certification a plus)Knowledge of quote to cash business processesFamiliarity with Docebo learning management systems (LMS) is an advantageKnowledge of Quote to Cash processes and the Revenue Management Lifecycle
