AI Developer

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled AI Developer to become an essential player in our quest for innovation. This role is tailored for someone passionate about artificial intelligence and eager to explore, install, evaluate, and craft AI-driven tools. Your mission will be to boost our development practices by implementing AI technologies that automate tasks, enhance efficiency and foster an environment of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

AI Integration: Research, identify, install, and manage cutting-edge AI tools that align with our development goals.Tool Evaluation: Conduct thorough testing and review of existing AI technologies to ensure they meet our standards of efficiency and effectiveness.Innovation: Design and develop bespoke AI solutions that address specific challenges within our development process.Collaboration: Work closely with our development teams to integrate AI tools seamlessly into our workflows, ensuring smooth adoption.Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and software development to keep our practices at the forefront of technology.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or a related field.Experience: Proven experience in software development of at least one year with a portfolio showcasing at least one Generative AI-based project.Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of Python and familiarity with other programming languages. Hands-on experience with AI/ML libraries and frameworks (e.g. LangChain, TensorFlow, PyTorch) is highly desirable.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Innovation Mindset: A proven interest in AI and innovative thinking, with the capacity to envision and realize AI solutions that drive progress.Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical people.Team Spirit: Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
