Back End Developer

We are a Swedish startup focused on digitalization and automation solutions. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented Junior Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of our back-end products written in PHP, Python, with MySQL databases.

Role Overview:As a Junior Developer, you will work closely with our tech lead to implement new features, optimize performance, and ensure the reliability of our Telegram customer management and sales bot. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with a range of technologies, including PHP, MySQL, and Python, Linux, and networking while collaborating with experienced tech lead to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain backend features for our services using PHP and MySQL.Assist in the implementation of frontend enhancements using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols.Collaborate with the team to design and implement API integrations and data processing pipelines.Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.Contribute to the improvement of development processes and tools, including version control with GitHub and project management with Jira.

Requirements:

Proficiency in PHP and MySQL with a strong understanding of web development principles.Familiarity with Python and willingness to learn and apply it in the context of our projects.Experience with version control systems, preferably GitHub.Knowledge of project management tools such as Jira or similar.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Bonus Skills:

Experience with frontend development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).Familiarity with security best practices in web development.
