The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with our team of talented designers and developers to deliver responsive, intuitive user interfaces that stand out for their usability and design.

ResponsibilitiesCustom Solution Development: Utilize JavaScript frameworks to develop and customize solutions on the Accela Civic Platform, ensuring that client specifications are met with high-quality, efficient code.UI/UX Collaboration: Work in tandem with designers to bring to life user interfaces that are not only visually appealing but also intuitive and user-friendly.Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable code that adheres to industry standards. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs while optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability.Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve your skills and the solutions provided to clients.Troubleshooting: Employ your problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and debug applications, ensuring smooth and efficient operation.Code Review and Best Practices: Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain code quality and encourage adherence to best practices within the team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Accela Civic Platform Experience: Direct experience with the Accela Civic Platform, demonstrating the ability to develop and implement customized solutions effectively.Version Control Proficiency: Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git, to manage code versions and collaborate with team members.Agile & JIRA Expertise: Experience configuring and customizing JIRA Agile boards, workflows, and issue types to support Agile methodologies and project requirements. Ability to collaborate with Agile teams to refine processes and identify improvement opportunities.Knowledge on SQL.
