Responsibilities:
ServiceNow SPM Implementation:
Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow SPM modules to meet organizational requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective SPM solutions.
Service Portfolio Design and Optimization:
Define and maintain a comprehensive service portfolio, including services, offerings, and associated components.
Continuously assess and optimize the service portfolio to align with changing business needs and industry best practices.
Alignment with Business Objectives:
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand strategic goals and ensure that the service portfolio aligns with organizational objectives.
Provide recommendations for improvements and new service offerings based on business requirements.
Governance and Compliance:
Establish and enforce governance processes for service portfolio management.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies related to service portfolio practices.
Collaboration with ITSM Teams:
Collaborate with other ServiceNow modules, such as IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM), to ensure seamless integration and data consistency across the platform.
Reporting and Analysis:
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into the performance and health of the service portfolio.
Use analytics to identify areas for improvement and optimize service offerings.
User Training and Support:
Conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders on ServiceNow SPM functionalities.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to ensure the effective use of SPM capabilities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining ServiceNow SPM or ITBM or PPM solutions.
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in Service Portfolio Management (CIS-SPM) certification is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and best practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Experience in governance, risk management, and compliance related to service portfolio management.
