Role Description

This is a contract remote role for a Salesforce Lead Developer. As a Salesforce Lead Developer, you will be responsible for leading and managing the development of Salesforce solutions for our clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements. Your day-to-day tasks will include analyzing customer needs, customizing Salesforce applications, integrating Salesforce with other systems, and providing technical guidance and support to junior team members.

Qualifications

Extensive experience developing and customizing Salesforce applicationsStrong knowledge of Salesforce architecture and best practicesProficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Component FrameworkExperience with Salesforce integrations and data migrationsStrong understanding of relational databases and SQLExcellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsAbility to lead and manage a team of developersGood communication and collaboration skillsSalesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Administrator) are a plus
