Senior Java Developer - (AWS, Spring, Java 11, 14, 17+, Monolith to Microservices)

SENIOR MODERN JAVA DEVELOPER One of our clients, a publicly traded, stable 50+ year company is searching for 9 more experienced, Senior "Modern Java" Developers as they modernize their codebase and launch into the future! They have grown 15% in the last 6 years, and they are on a strong trajectory into the future.

REQUIREMENTSModern Java experience, including data modeling (Java 11, 14, 17, 21)VC backed startup experience OR experience with a well recognised tech company.Notable "modernization" experience (monolith to microservices, on-prem to AWS, etc)Experience with Spring, Spring Boot, API's, etc.History of strong company loyalty and strong tenure in each of your past rolesAn emphasis on IC work, not leadership (these are Senior roles, not Lead or Staff level roles)Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience

COMPENSATION / BENEFITSTarget salary: 150K - 180KPerformance Based Bonus of 7.5% - 11%+ (you can go over!)Quarterly Profit Sharing20 Days PTO + 2 Floating Holidays + 7.5 Company Holidays5% 401k Match | 4% on the first 100%, then 50% of the next 2%
