Job Description:Looking for a smart and motivated Business Objects Lead / Consultant who’s eager to learn and to join our team of qualified diverse individuals. The ideal candidate is comfortable creating and maintaining universes, reports, Publications and dashboards within Business Objects. The ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment and a passion for exceeding user’s expectations is a must!

Responsibilities/Duties:• Knowledge in BI 4.x environments • Experience in Information Design Tool (IDT), Universe Design Tool (UDT) tools and Webi• Responsible for building the new Universe and enhancing the existing Universe and building reports and Testing, Scheduling and Publishing the report on fixed schedules• Demonstrated proficiency with Business Intelligence (BI) Business Objects (BO) tools and best practices • Managing Promotions of Reports / Universes through the Development, Test, Production process (DEV-QA-PROD)• Experience in CMC to monitor and setting up the security model• Experience in implementing best practices, including error handling, alerting and scheduling• Strong analytical, problem-identification/solving skills, as well as strong written and oral and Communication skills• Knowledge on creating dashboards using Business Objects Dashboards• Proficient in SQL and have a solid understanding of data modeling and databases and will be able to collaborate and design the back end data model that suit the reporting needs (Knowledge in DB2 is a Plus)• Strong Working knowledge of various databased connection setups through Business Objects client tools• Building improvements in Monitoring and Managing Business Objects (BO) access privileges• Assisting end users with day to day Adhoc needs• Experience in Business Objects reporting functionalities such as Master Detailed, Slice and Dice, Drilling methodology, Filters, Ranking, Sections, Graphs and Breaks• Experience in configuring Webi - GeoMaps and Custom Elements for Google Maps Data• Experience in creating Cascading Prompts, custom list of values and object level security • Knowledge in creating, updating, linking and unlinking the Shared elements / Templates • Knowledge in filtering the data using input controls, Create Filter path and dynamic Input Controls

Required Skills:• 6+ year of hands-on work experience in BI 4.x• Strong Business Objects Universe design (IDT /UDT) Web Intelligence report development experience and knowledge of Crystal reports development. • Strong SQL writing skills • Should be able to work Independently with minimal guidance from the team • GCP / Azure cloud experience will be a value add • Medicare Knowledge would be a plus• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills• Excellent written communication skills, including documentation
