The work:
As a Senior SharePoint Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing SharePoint-based solutions on SharePoint Online and Office 365 platforms. Evaluate and design sites in support of federal records management initiative. Update classic legacy SharePoint customizations to modern SharePoint online cloud environment utilizing Microsoft best practices and developing tools. As part of a cross-functional team, you will participate in the migration process, analyze agency business needs and translate them into technical requirements. Additionally, provide ongoing support to the Electronic Records Management and Collaboration teams in maintenance for SharePoint applications.
Here is what you need:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience. Proven experience as a SharePoint Developer with a focus on SharePoint Online and Office 365 platforms. Proficiency in SharePoint development tools and technologies, including SharePoint Designer, Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate), SharePoint Framework (SPFx), JSON formatting and SharePoint REST API. Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, site hierarchy, security model, and permission levels. Experience with SharePoint migration, version upgrades, and third-party integrations. Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and XML for integrating SharePoint Online with other systems and services and configuring SharePoint Online workflows and forms. Excellent knowledge of programming languages including:C#: For creating custom web parts, event receivers, and workflows in SharePoint Online. JavaScript: For client-side scripting, customizing SharePoint interfaces, and enhancing user experience. HTML/CSS: For designing and styling SharePoint Online sites and pages. SQL: For interacting with SharePoint Online databases and querying data. PowerShell: For automating administrative tasks and managing SharePoint Online environments. Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: SharePoint Developer Associate is a required or willing to obtain. US Citizenship required.

Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York, or Washington State as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.
