We are seeking a Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to join our team and play a crucial role in developing, expanding, and integrating our Dynamics 365 CRM solutions across the organization. This role involves working closely within a team environment on multiple solutions simultaneously, ensuring seamless collaboration and leveraging existing functionalities to achieve business objectives.Responsibilities:Collaborate effectively in a team setting to develop multiple solutions concurrently.Design, develop, and implement solutions to extend the use of Dynamics 365 CRM throughout the organization in line with our business goals.Provide training and comprehensive documentation for the business to support ongoing and rapid system changes.Create, deliver, and manage Dynamics 365 CRM solutions in the Government Cloud (GCC).Work in tandem with other development teams to utilize existing functionalities and components common across various solutions.Handle solution components, including the creation of managed and unmanaged solutions, configuring publishers and versions, and managing the import and export of solutions.Customize Dynamics 365 CRM forms, views, charts, and dashboards to enhance user experience and efficiency.Manage Dynamics CRM entities, including entity ownership and properties, and differentiate between system and custom entities.Configure field customizations by developing fields, setting properties, and implementing field-level security.Implement and manage entity relationships, understand cascading rules, and work with hierarchical data.Utilize business rules effectively, and configure workflows, dialogs, and custom actions to streamline processes.Create and manage business process flows, incorporating steps, stages, and categories for comprehensive workflow management.Basic Qualifications:Proficiency in utilizing workflows, business rules, business process flows, Power Automate flows, actions, and other standard tools within the Dynamics ecosystem for at least 5 years.Comprehensive knowledge of the architecture and security model of Model Driven Apps with 5 years of experience.At least 2 years of experience in creating complex flows using Power Automate.A thorough understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for Model Driven Apps and expertise in solution management over 5 years.Demonstrated ability to execute advanced customizations using JavaScript, web resources, plugins, and other technologies for 5 years.Minimum of 5 years’ experience with Dynamics CRM/365/Model Driven Apps.Proven experience in using C# and JavaScript for 5 years.4 years of experience in designing form structures, including building forms, utilizing specialized form components, access teams, and sub-grids.2 years of involvement with larger enterprise-level solutions.4 years of experience with form navigation, understanding different form types, implementing form customizations, and optimizing for mobile clients.3 years of experience working with PCF custom controls and TypeScript.Familiarity with Power Apps portals or The Portal Connector for 2 years is desired.Preferred Qualifications:Professional Certifications in Dynamics are preferred.
