Intro And Job Overview

We’re looking for Senior Software Developers of various experience levels to participate in the implementation of the company's SaaS journey. You will be on the Master Data Management (MDM) feature team. The MDM feature combines domain definition, transactional and analytical database transactions, workflows, ETL, and integration with data quality pipelines.

Your team will build the core of MDM, handling the data flow life cycle. The design must support high volume big data jobs, as well as small transactional operations driven by online user sessions. The solution supports multi-tenancy and is built on top of a modern cloud-based technology stack and meets stringent security requirements. Your team will prove out the design by building functional proof of concepts. Our team is growing, and as you learn and grow, your ability to mentor others will be an important part of your day on topics related to technology, security and performance at scale.

Responsibilities And Duties

15% Design and Architecture: Create the design specific to chosen best of breed tech stack(s)25% Performance Innovation: Based on the design concepts, create functional proof of concepts that yield clearly measurable benchmarks to drive the final design decision.25% Construction Phase: Participate in a formal Agile SDLC to code, build, test the software product. 15% Maintenance: Participate in the full SDLC including bug fixing and release management10% Security: Implement and adhere to relevant industry standards for Saas software10% Project Management: Provide accurate estimates for tasks and features. Contribute to project planning and timelines.

Requirements And Qualifications

5+ years experience with Java or Golang5+ years building backend database application APIs.5+ years experience with SQL databases such as MS SQL Server, Oracle Db, MySQL, Postgres5+ years experience working with large development teams using git, agile, jira3+ years experience with No SQL databases such as MongoDbExperience with cloud-native services on AWS, Azure or GCP
