Senior Blockchain Developer

Objective:The Senior Blockchain Developer at RELYzIT DAO is responsible for the architecture, development, and maintenance of our blockchain infrastructure. This includes crafting and deploying smart contracts that underpin the DAO's governance mechanisms, tokenomics model, and any decentralized applications (DApps) we develop. The role demands a high level of expertise in blockchain technology, ensuring that our platform remains secure, efficient, and at the forefront of the recruitech space.

Key Responsibilities:Smart Contract Development: Lead the design and development of smart contracts to support RecruitTech DAO's governance, tokenomics, and DApp functionalities. This includes writing, testing, and deploying contracts, as well as creating documentation for ongoing maintenance and updates.Blockchain Infrastructure Security: Implement and maintain the highest security standards for our blockchain infrastructure. Conduct regular security audits, identify vulnerabilities, and develop mitigation strategies to protect against attacks.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with frontend and backend development teams to ensure smooth integration of blockchain technologies with the platform's web and mobile interfaces. Provide blockchain-related technical support and insights during product development cycles.Innovation and Improvement: Actively research emerging trends and technologies within the blockchain space. Recommend and implement improvements to our blockchain infrastructure and smart contract capabilities to enhance platform performance, user experience, and governance processes.Community and Ecosystem Engagement: Engage with the broader blockchain and Ethereum community to stay abreast of the latest developments, regulatory updates, and best practices. Represent RELYzIT DAO in relevant forums, workshops, and conferences.Requirements:Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Solidity and extensive experience with Ethereum development tools such as Truffle, Hardhat, and Web3.js. Familiarity with other blockchain platforms and languages (e.g., Polkadot, Cosmos, Rust) is a plus.Professional Experience: At least 5 years of experience in blockchain development, with a proven track record of developing and deploying smart contracts in a production environment. Experience with DAOs, tokenomics, and decentralized finance (DeFi) platforms highly desired.DAO and Tokenomics Understanding: Deep understanding of DAO governance structures, token economic models, and incentive mechanisms. Experience in designing and implementing governance protocols and economic models that drive engagement and growth.Security Mastery: Strong knowledge of blockchain security practices, including experience with smart contract audits, security protocols, and risk management strategies. Certification in blockchain security (e.g., Certified Ethereum Security Professional (CESP)) is preferred.Collaborative Spirit: Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with a track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams. Ability to explain complex blockchain concepts to non-technical team members.Continuous Learner: A passion for blockchain technology and a commitment to continuous learning and development in the field.
