Job Purpose And Overview

We seek a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team and play a pivotal role in developing scalable web applications and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java and React, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality, efficient, and scalable solutions.

What You Will Do

Develop and maintain scalable web applications using Java and React, ensuring seamless integration with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket).Design responsive UIs that integrate seamlessly with Atlassian products, enhancing the user experience.Deploy and manage applications in cloud environments, leveraging AWS or Google Cloud while adhering to Atlassian's cloud capabilities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage Atlassian tools for project tracking, documentation, and code management.Ensure high-quality code, automate processes where possible, and contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices.Provide mentorship and share knowledge on Atlassian products and best practices within the team.

Engagement Type:

Client / Talent Agreement: Full time Permanent position

Salary Discussion:

The final offer will get released based on your overall experience, Interview Performance and current CTCStandard in the market - 30% to 40% Hike from the client offers; however, you can always counter the release offer and discuss with the client

What We Would Like To See

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.5-10 years of experience in software development, specifically with Java and React.js.Solid understanding of cloud services (AWS or Google Cloud) and cloud architecture principles.Experience in additional programming languages and frameworks is advantageous.Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to innovate and adapt to new challenges.Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with experience working in agile/scrum environments.
