Role & ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop and scale on-chain products in collaboration with the production team.Develop and build smart contracts within our dedicated smart contract team, integrating these contracts into applications with the support of frontend and backend teams.Research to fully understand the technical details of related projects for integration purposes.Develop scalable product structures based on blockchain data and APIs.Collaborate with both internal and external auditing teams to implement feedback effectively.

RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in on-chain/off-chain software development.Proven experience in developing and releasing secure, production-ready smart contracts in Rust or Rust-based languages (Move, Cadence, etc).Strong understanding of SPL standards (SPL Name Service, SPL Token, SPL Token Extensions, SPL Token Swap, SPL Accounts, etc.).Proficiency in object-oriented software development.Familiarity with core Solana principles and DeFi protocols.Experience in writing unit tests and producing testable code.Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.Proficiency in English.

Preferred QualificationsProficiency in Move, Cadence and other Rust-based languages.Backend/FullStack dev experienceLarge experience in the Solana ecosystem
