Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled PHP WordPress Developer with 1-3 years of experience to join our remote team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of WordPress development, including creating custom themes and plugins, as well as integrating various APIs for enhanced functionality. Additionally, familiarity with other CMS platforms and the ability to deploy websites to different hosting environments is required.

ResponsibilitiesDevelop custom WordPress themes tailored to client specifications.Create and customize WordPress plugins to extend website functionality.Utilize various CMS tools, including but not limited to WordPress, Joomla, and Drupal, to build and maintain websites.Integrate APIs for payment gateways, inventory management systems, invoicing platforms, and other third-party services into CMS websites.Collaborate with designers & other developers to ensure seamless integration of designs into WordPress themes.Optimize website performance, security, and SEO best practices.Test and debug code to ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies to continually improve development processes.

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.1-3 years of professional experience in PHP WordPress development.Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.Strong understanding of WordPress architecture, themes, and plugins.Experience with creating custom WordPress themes and plugins from scratch.Familiarity with various CMS platforms, such as Shopify and Woo-Commerce etc.Ability to integrate third-party APIs and services into CMS websites.Knowledge of web hosting environments and experience deploying websites to different hosts.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Effective communication and collaboration skills in a remote work environment.
