Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an ITSM Developer with 5 years of experience. As an ITSM Developer, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining IT service management solutions. This includes configuring and customizing ITSM tools, developing workflows, and integrating ITSM processes with other business systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in IT service managementProficiency in ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or Jira Service ManagementExperience with ITSM processes, including incident management, change management, and problem managementStrong understanding of ITIL best practicesKnowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell or PythonExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsGood communication and collaboration abilitiesITIL certification is a plus
