About the TeamFinancial Markets (FM) has expertise combined with deep local market knowledge to deliver a variety of risk management, financing and investment solutions to our clients. The FM team offers capabilities across origination, structuring, sales, trading and research. Offering a full suite of fixed income, currencies, commodities, equities and capital markets solutions, FM has firmly established itself as a trusted partner with extensive on-the-ground knowledge and deep relationships.Within FM, the Modelling & Analytics Group ('MAG') is accountable for design, development and delivery of real-time pricing models, risk models and core infrastructure which are used in enabling pricing, market data, intra-day risk reporting capability, and portfolio level analytics including reporting and capital optimization.You will be the part of newly established and growing branch of MAG team in Poland.

Responsibilities:• Take an existing database and normalize the table structures appropriately• Provide guidance and implement both nonrelational and document database best practices.• Be ready and willing to collaborate with other team members in the scrum team• Be enthusiastic about learning and helping other team members with their tasks

Mandatory Skills Description:- Experience & strong academic backgroundo 3+ years with ClickHouse, 7+ years with relational databaseso Master's degree in Applied Mathematics or Computer Science.o Excellent understanding of Set Algebra and Relational Algebrao Continuous learning - staying up to date with the modern technologieso Good general understanding of how the computers & networks work

• Technical skillso Excellent knowledge of ClickHouse, Relational Databases and SQL (including SQL optimization)o Hands-on experience with Production ClickHouse Cluster configuration and management (backup/restore, encryption, securing, sharding, replication, performance optimization)o Data modelling skills (normalization / denormalization, vectorization, materialized views, compressions, optimization)o Deployment automation

• Soft skillso Strong team playero Highly effective verbal and written English communication skills.
