About the roleAs a Salesforce Senior Engineer, you will be a part of a high-performing team collaborating closely with Product Management, Account Management, Partner Services and Commercial teams to plan, develop and deploy new capabilities onto our client's Salesforce Platform.

Define and maintain coding standards, architecture and reliability that align with Salesforce best practicesLeads some team project planning, foreseeing dependencies and risks.Write, contribute to and review relevant design docs on behalf of the team and that affect the teamWrite Visualforce, Apex classes, triggers, batch classesHelp to manage the deployment process from start to finish and commit changes to the CI/CD pipeline. Approve or review pull requestsUse test automation tooling to improve the quality and coverage of testingUse Salesforce APIs and standard architecture to integrate systems with SalesforceLead the work of other engineers, break down projects and guides design and implementation choices

Required experienceExtensive knowledge and commercial experience as a Senior Salesforce Developer along with configuration, and customization including with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning etcStrong understanding of Sales and Service cloud functionalityUnderstanding of integrating Salesforce with other systems and applications (using third party apps, REST, SOAP API, ETL)Proficiency in REST-based web services, Java, HTML, XML, and SQLExtensive demonstrable experience writing Web Components, Visualforce, Apex classes, triggers, batch classes, and working on Lightning tech stackSalesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified App Builder etc would be advantageous
