Below is the JD for the same..Overall Experience 8+ YearsPreferable Immediate-15 days JoinersKey Responsibilities:Lead a team of developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support throughout the development lifecycle.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and project managers, to define project requirements and ensure successful delivery.Develop and maintain custom WordPress themes, plugins, and templates, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices.Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality, maintainability, and scalability.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to PHP and WordPress development.Optimize website performance, including speed and scalability, through code optimization and caching techniques.Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and proactively recommend improvements to enhance the overall development process.Conduct regular training sessions and knowledge sharing activities to foster continuous learning and development within the team.

Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience as a PHP Developer, with a strong focus on WordPress development.In-depth knowledge of PHP programming language, including OOP concepts and MVC frameworks, should have solid experience in WordPressExtensive experience in developing and customizing WordPress themes, plugins, and templates using PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Proficient understanding of front-end technologies, including responsive design, CSS pre-processors (such as SASS or LESS), and JavaScript frameworks (such as jQuery or React).Solid understanding of database management systems, specifically MySQL, and experience in writing optimized SQL queries.Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git, and experience with deployment workflows.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.If you are passionate about PHP development, possess a deep understanding of WordPress, and have the leadership skills to guide a team, we would love to hear from you.
