Software Developer - Vector Database and AI Technologies

Company Overview:Join our innovative team at Videntifier, a leading technology firm in the field of visual search and vector database technology. We are seeking a skilled Software Developer to contribute to the development of a state-of-the-art vector database and related AI technologies. This is an exciting opportunity to work on projects combining AI and database technology.

Responsibilities:As a Software Developer, you will take part in designing, developing, and maintaining our vectordatabase and the associated AI technologies. You will work closely with a cross-functional team ofengineers to build a robust infrastructure that supports further development of that technology andapplications that utilize that technology.

Key responsibilities include:Collaborate with the engineering team to design and implement a high-performance vector database. Develop AI technologies that leverage the vector database for efficient and scalable data processing.Contribute to the overall architecture and infrastructure design for optimal performance.Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in C++, Python, and Golang.Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure the stability and reliability of the software.

Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience in software development with expertise in C++, Python, and Golang.Strong understanding of database design principles, especially in the context of vector databases.Experience in developing and optimizing algorithms for efficient data processing.Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:Previous experience working on projects related to vector databases and AI technologies.Knowledge of distributed systems and cloud computing platforms.Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
