The Government Health and SafetySolutionsGroup is currently seeking an opening for a Web Developerin Bethesda, MD. As a member of our web development team, the individual will manage and maintain numerous Intranet and Internet websites.
The candidate MUST be located within the United States and MUST be a US Citizen or US Person (Green Card Holder)
The Ideal Candidate
Has a sharp technical mind, a solid understanding of web page layout, and a desire to produce clean HTML codeHas an excellent understanding of HTML and CSS (bonus for JavaScript experience)Has experience working in web content editors or content management systems such as Drupal and WordPress (but really feels at home in "code view.")Has an eye for effective web page layouts and can even dabble in designIs extremely detail oriented and able to follow complex directions carefullyIs able to debug and problem-solve HTML errors.Works well in a collaborative team, but also has no problem sitting at a computer all dayHas the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentLearns fast, loves a challenge, and is ready to jump right into the thick of things.Is able to work standard 9-5 weekday hours, including on FridaysHas good communication skills both verbal and writtenHas a BS/BA with 2+ years of work experience
Responsibilities Will Include
Content editing using HTML/CSS to align with specific customer-defined rulesCreating new sites, features and enhancements according to client specificationsConsulting with clients and other developers to define the right solutionInteracting directly with clients to outline requirements and provide frequent updates

Pay Range
Pay Range $65,000.00 - $117,500.00
